At MobiusParadox Studio, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process AI generation requests through third-party APIs (Google Gemini).
To manage your account, credits, and subscription.

To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI PROCESSING

When you use our AI tools, the text inputs you provide are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini) to generate responses. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or private information in your tool inputs.

We store your inputs and AI outputs in our database to power your generation history and dashboard. You can contact us to request deletion of your generation history.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

AI providers (Google Gemini) — to process generation requests.
Payment processors — to process credit purchases.
Hosting providers — to store and serve the platform.
Legal authorities — when required by law or court order.

5. COOKIES AND SESSIONS

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generation history is retained indefinitely to power your dashboard, but you may request deletion at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: Update inaccurate data via your profile page.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
Objection: Object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests.

8. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and rate limiting. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
