2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MobiusParadox Studio provides AI-powered tools for game developers, including:

Game Design Document (GDD) Generator
App Store Optimization (ASO) tools
Revenue Diagnostics and analytics
Related content generation features

The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, validated, and adapted before use.

3. CREDITS AND PAYMENTS

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

Free accounts receive a limited number of credits upon registration.
Additional credits can be purchased through our platform.
Credits are non-refundable once used.
Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time with reasonable notice.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your password secure and not share account access.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or restrictions.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service without authorization.
Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or other usage controls.
Use the Service for competitive intelligence against MobiusParadox or its affiliates.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to the following:

You grant MobiusParadox a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs delivered to you.
The platform, branding, underlying code, and AI models remain the property of MobiusParadox and its licensors.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content. Always validate AI-generated content before using it for commercial purposes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobiusParadox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of MobiusParadox's principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
